The rooms were budget and cheap with a good window view, the staff were amiable. The location was good for visiting cafés and restaurants close to the hotel.

The setting was absolutely perfect, very close to main train station and Italy and the Termini. Booked a room with a good window view.

The rooms were spacious, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Termini station. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, creating a lively atmosphere in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean, the bathroom was fine, the bed was comfortable and the price was low.

Service was a bit minimal, mention of kitchen facilities in the descripion was misleading, we didn't find any such facilities, and it was a bit noisy at night (though not seriously so).

Nothing, it was the worst experience I had in a hostal.

Of course!!! The man that manages the "hostal" is anything but polite!! Omg!! Since the first moment we arrive the hostal the guy was talking us in a bad way, like screaming. The room had a bad smell, like a dead mouse and we call him and he do nothing. The night after our depart he had strike the door of our room several times at twelve o clock when we where sleeping and told us "if you depart tomorrow morning you have to pay now!!!". When we rise and go to pay the guy tell us we can't pay with credit card because the machine was not working and whe must beg him at least a half hour for try the machine because we had no cash and when he tries the machine worked perfectly!! Our conclusion is he wont pay taxes and that's why he want cash.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main train station. It made it really convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I booked a room with a shared bathroom, and the view from the window was lovely. It was a pleasant surprise to wake up to.

Really not as bad as expected after reading the comments - safe and clean enough. The person from the reception was indeed absent however he presented himself shortly after calling the door bell. The location is safe and nice for the neibourhood of Termini station; very calm for the center of Rome.

The shower needs fixing.

Very close to Termini station, good connection to the centre, airport, everywhere. Room was clean. Not luxury hotel but good place to stay for good price.

Reception was empty all the time, but there was no problem to find somebody when needed.

This hotel is located very close to the train station, which is very convenient for getting around to all the sights and sounds. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are all there. The rooms with a shared bathroom offer a good window view and are a great value for the price. Breakfast is a simple affair, but it's nothing to scoff at.

The water pressure in the shower could be improved.

eurorooms exceeded our expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly manager, and convenient location near the train station.

the rooms weren´t clean i think they didn't even wash the sheet in the bedrooms the receptionists didn't pay much attention because they gave us a room that was already occupied. Then the room was horrible so we payed a hundred euros for a decent on and we couldn't use the TV we had to pay to use it. We didn't even dared to eat breakfast because the hotel gave us a bad impression.
